[Spridgets] DR2 wiper motor question

I couldn't figure out why my wiper motor wasn't working (I've never tried it
before) so I took the housing apart, and the wire that attaches to the drag
contact (the one inside the cover) goes into the stator housing is just
hanging freely. Does anyone know where this wire hooks to? The Bentley manual
is no use whatsoever.
