Use the word generous a lot.  It is one word that comes to mind when I
remember Frank.
What he could do with a car was amazing.  More amazing, though, was
the way he treated others.
Perhaps one paragraph about his own cars, one about things he did for
others, and a final about the way he lived inspired so many.
