[Spridgets] Fuel Pump Mounting Bracket

I found a fuel pump mount that I want to install in my Bugeye.  It is from a 
later car with the Lucas pump.  It is angled so that the top of the bracket 
fits to the bottom of the shelf in front of the wheel wells.  What I don't 
know is if the slotted end mounts up or down on the vertical surface.  Any 
help appreciated.
