It is a big problem. China is now "importing" wives from North Korea and other 
southeast asian countries. It is not a long term problem since the impact is 
now withj many 20+ year olds unable to find a mate. It may be the factior that 
destabilizes the Chinese ruling party.

Now think of all those testosterone-laden young Chinese males in a country
with a one-baby policy where males are favored and female babies not always
carried to term.  Does the prospect of millions of horny Chinese guys with
guns looking for chicks make anyone nervous besides me?
