Subject: [Spridgets] Longman Head

I just picked up a bare head that is supposed to be Longman modified. Ports
and such are extensively modified and highly polished. The casting number is
2g640 (1275cc).

There are some numbers stamped or engraved on the bottom rear side of the
head.

7872
.100
21.0

I'm assuming that the 21.0 is the volume of the chambers. Any ideas on the
7872 and .100 ?????

Any ideas on size valves to use??? How about valve springs?

Thanks
Larry Miller (85 degrees on the central CA coastal area right now)
