I watched it tonight on my Tivo... It's a decent looking 64 from what I
could see but there were some questionable things about it (radio antenna is
wrong and something looked funny about the tranny and drive shaft tunnel).
Most notably the $6,000 price tag to overhaul the engine! Outrageous!!
Didn't that year have the 1098? Aren't there plenty of parts around to
rebuild a 1098 for WAY less than $6,000? They said it had a bad crank - OK
- so what kind of crank was he wanting to replace it with - a billet crank
of solid gold?! Geez!
