| My '89 Cherokee, 300,000 miles, uses less than a quart between changes
at 7500 mile intervals. It has needed two alternators and a fuel pump
since new. My '87 Comanche uses slightly less oil at 130,000. According
to the original owner, it has never needed a major repair, although the
temperature gauge did quit working about 6 months ago.
