[Spridgets] Eastwood bead-roller-kit-with-mandrels...anyone use it

I think I understand how this works but not sure. Does it roll a shape on
flat metal in the shape of the Mandrels? Do the rollers come together when
you crank it? I really like how it clamps on a vice so you can save valuable
space.
