Wow - Your son is extremely lucky. He needs to go take a firearm safety and
hunting course at a local school - and soon. The first and most important
lesson they stress is that you must always assume all guns are loaded until
you physically prove to yourself that they are not. and if it is out of your
sight, you need to reprove t to yourself. I was taught the first thing you do
to any gun handed to you is check to make sure of the load status. My my dad
taught me at a very young age: "Don't ever point a gun at anyone unless you
intend to shoot them, and don't ever shoot anyone unless you intend to..."
well you know what I mean. No need in just making them mad so they come back
after they get better.
