Hello everyone...
After answering some tough questions concerning venue selection (which is
still not finalized) for the Midget 50th in 2011 I got to thinking about
ways to make this process easier. As many have suggested, we should make
this a movable feast much like the AHCA Conclave and the NAMGBR MG events.
Theirs are annual but our group is a bit smaller so every three years seems
more doable for Spridgets Anonymous + 1 El Camino & 1 Mini (sic ;-).
Given that thought and given the Midget 50th in 2011, the next few events
would be in 2014 and 2017. To aid in selecting a venue and to get a head
start on it all, let's select the next two venues at the 2011 event. I.E.
have a suggested venue for 2014 and 2017, bring it with you to 2011 and we
will vote on it as a group! That far in advance no ground work would be
necessary. That stuff can all be developed later.
Does that sound like a good idea?
