[Spridgets] aiming headlights

Any rules of thumb for aiming headlights to get them at least close to  
correct before I take it out for a nighttime spin?

Also, the bugeye bonnet lock handle is held in place by putting a  
screw in the end and spreading the shaft?  Or is there a pin or  
something to use?
