Hey Ron,

Why do you favor the earlier downflow rads as opposed to the crossflow version? 
 I am getting ready to drop a 1275 in my MK II Sprite and need to pick which 
radiator to use.  I have one of each type and the suitable hoses to hook up.

Thanks for any insight that you can offer.
