Well, to be clear, I "ass-U-me"d it was a 45D4 from the pics and captions in
my Haynes. In actual fact, the vacuum advance fitting has "25D" on it.
Sorry for the confusion.
The ground wire looks good and I have cleaned the connections on it. Still
no dice with the Pertronix so I'm going back to points and condenser. (Yeah,
Frank... You told me so!!).
100 Degs F out in the garage right now. I'll wait till after dark to work on
it..
