[Spridgets] convertible tops

Can anybody tell me if a top made for a MKII Sprite will fit a  
Bugeye. If not what is the difference? I have a brand new, never  
installed canvas top that was ordered for a MKII and I'm wondering if  
it will fit the Bugeye since no snaps have been installed yet.
