Other than seeing a lot of misinformation on POR 15, from a couple of
guys who obviously didn't get it right ;), did this question find a

So what is the consensus on paint for the undercarriage?  It makes sense

that we do not want something that is so waterproof that it retains
water 
leaking from above.  How about an annual treatment with something oily
or 
greasy?  Engines don't rust.  Waxoil spray?
