[Spridgets] Building oil pressure

I have fixed my starter issue, and now I am turning the engine over, trying
to build oil pressure. I have pulled the plug on the back left side, and
primed the oil pump. After turning it over for 2-3 seconds, it STILL isn't
building pressure. What else am I missing here?
