Any time that I get one of these, I forward it to spoof@paypal.com
Likewise, the ones for eBay go to spoof@ebay.com
Yes, they are interested in skooshing these things as fast as they can.
Can they stop them? Of course not. Can they reduce the profitability?
Yup. Does it help keep them as useful resources for me? I would like
to think so...
