Wow, you think round-a-bouts chaotic? there is a new movement
(no pun intended) in traffic control coming from one of the
northern european countries (Switzerland, sweden, norway?).
they have found (they tested!, they've DONE this) that traffic
flows faster and smoother when.
there are NO lines painted on the road.
there are NO traffic lights.
there are NO traffic SIGNS
there are NO speed limits posted (or enforced)
and in towns there are NO sidewalks, cars and pedestrians share
the FLAT pavement.
they are trying this in some communities in Florida NOW, and
getting similar results! !
