Actually Larry, turns out he DOES have some "brains"!!

First reported as the driver had flat just LEFT THE SCENE(illegal).  Confimed
later by I.S.P. that he had in fact called them "right after" (no further info
being released by I.S.P. as yet) the "incident".  THAT is amazing<G>!!
