Mark, I would be surprised if it was not in effect already. Canada in some cases are more strict on some types of laws then the USA. I believe it was Drag racing (If not, a car sport) Canada did not want them to burn the fuel they were using because of their pollution laws. The track applied for a exemption for the race day event. They were turned down and told to run different fuel or not at all. Need less to say the track is no longer on the schedule and another one was added in the USA.
