[Spridgets] Trying to track down a car - maybe in Oklahoma

Hi All, a friend in the Little Rock area used to own a 1972 Midget.  He
sold it many years ago to someone in the Tulsa OK vicinity but can't
remember who and he can't find the VIN.  The car was yellow and was
later restored and repainted yellow.  Ken thinks he saw a photo of the
car a few years back on someone's web site.  There was the name of "Bing
O'Kelly" (he thinks) connected with that photo in some way.  Does this
car or this name sound familiar to anyone??  Please let me know.  Many
