We have Glenn Close, but she is a wacky liberal actress.
Why do actors think they make good statesmen or politicians?
The rule of thumb is that bad actors make good statesmen.  Good actors
are terrible statesmen.  Cases in point:  Ronald Reagan, Arnold
Schwarzenegger, questionable actors but better leaders.  Glenn Close,
Alec Baldwin, Tim Robbins, good actors, but wacky politics.
