Exactly what I ended up doing.
It's up on four stands now and it's pretty obvious that my lack of
brakes is due to trouble at the left rear where the inside of the
wheel is covered with fluid.
I also see that my 73 Midget used to have dual circuit brakes but now
has a single circuit system. After seeing the price differences for
the master cylinder and pressure warning assembly between the two
system types I'm guessing that's why my car was switched to a single
circuit system!

I'm guessing "trailerparked queen" has a _slightly_ different meaning
than "trailer park queen". ;-)
