That's a Cebora, also sold here as MacTools, Astro Pneumatic, Matco, Clarke,
and a bunch of other names. They're very good welders. A MIG welder is about
90% transformer, and the Italians build some of the world's finest
transformers. They also make the best speakers and sunglasses.
