ISP referral for gerardsgarage.com

I'm looking for suggestions (if anyone has any) for a new ISP to  
migrate gerardsgarage.com to. My ISP has been jacking me around, so I  
want to move my site somewhere else if I can find a new economical  
provider. I need to do this soon as my time is about to expire.  
Otherwise, I'll be stuck for another year!

I have to be able to use my domain name wherever it may be relocated.

Any suggestions?
