I'm having one of those nights. I snapped off a stud for the thermostat housing on a 1275, then I snapped a screw extractor trying to get the broken stud out. I had let the stud soak overnight in penetrating oil and used a torch to try to break the seal and the extractor was German steel not Chinese ;-) So, anyone else been in this predicament before and find a good, inexpensive, reasonably fast way to get this thing out of the head so I can get on with what I was doing? Thanks, Robert |
