It's a mistake to lump all Asian goods into the same category. Obviously, Japan can make things at least as well as the Americans. Taiwan has been making high quality goods for many years. The South Koreans are rapidly catching up with the Japanese. The Chinese stuff can be pretty dodgy, but they seem to do fine when there's an American or Dutch company telling them exactly how they want it done. BZ |
