To me (being a Dumb-A**), the only way for fuel to come out the overflow is for the needle valve and seat to open. >From what you've said you've changed everything except the float!! I had one that had pin-holes in that permitted the float to take on fuel and sink in the gasoline - causing similar symptoms to what you are describing... Just a thought! Dave G. |
