Check it out - he previously sold it for a grand and for some reason the 
buyer and he decided to back out of the deal - previous auction / Item number: 
190056731774

Check his most recent feedback and check his feedback under "buyers." 

It also looks as if this is the only item he has ever sold in eBay.  He also 
has it listed incorrectly under vintage car and truck accessories - which 
would lower the visibilty of the car.  

Considering what MGB's are selling for on eBay this looks like a deal worth 
checking out?
