I carry thousands and sometimes tens of thousands of dollars worth of
tools in my truck when I'm working.
Part of my anti-theft strategy is to try and park next to a more
desirable target.  A Hummer or nice Yukon with tinted windows is good.
A very successful car thief was interviewed.  He stated that the first
thing he looks for is nice, clean cars with tinted windows.
