Maybe disconnect the metal line from the hose in the back and see if
you have pressure there.
Again, if either wheel cylinder has a bad seal it could cause your symptoms.
It ain't rocket science.
You probably should have "bench bled" your MC before you installed it.
You are confident that your MC is working.
Could be bad hose in the back( Unlikely, if it were clogged you would
get pedal resistance, no?).
Could be air in the system.(Leak somewhere?)
Work the pedal up and down several times. Have someone hold it down.
Open the bleed valve on one rear cylinder. Close the bleed valve.
Let the pedal up. Repeat. The first few times you do this you may
not get any pedal resistance. Keep going. Do both the other rear
cylinder.
If that doesn't work look for fluid leaking out or air leaking in somewhere.
