When the tach cable was connected to the tach reduction gear on the generator, nothing happened. We thought that like has been the case with so many of them, we thought the gear had simply crapped out. Well, not actually. I found that the cable had snapped off inside the gear, suggesting to me that since it was a new cable, the tach must be frozen. Any suggestions on who can repair tachs? Buster Evans |
