No, the kibble is actually dog food. When I got the car the heater box was in
but no blower. I'm guessing the PO had mice/rats or something that stuffed all
of it in there. I never got around to looking inside the box until about 4
months ago and saw some sitting behind the flapper valve. Found a lot more when
I took it all apart!

The "kibble" might be a stack of long deceased bugs suck in the heater intake.
A few years back after running around the mid-west for most of a summer I had
to open mine for some reason. Found about a inch and a half of bugs. Now I
have some hardware cloth over the intake !!!
