Yes, just the rubber inserts. Most part stores sell the pair, so you
end up with two pair for your car.
FWIW, on my car, the wipers are pretty ineffective. They move, so it
passes inspection, but I RARELY take it out when the weather is
incliment, due to the poor workings of the wiper system.
