Don't kid yourself!  Frank is only coming out to feast on all that 
Chinese flied rat at the fine eating establishments a couple of miles 
from here in Little Saigon where Wok Your Dog carries a new meaning, and 
the fastest animal in the world is a Chihuahua running down Garden Grove 
Boulevard!
