The starters are all the same.
You may need a different clutch slave rod, the slaves are 
interchangable, not the same but 7/8 bore vs 1" bore, either will work.
The 1098 used a different taller p/plate where the 1275 p/plate is a bit 
shorter. Same throw out bearing but the length of the rod that pushes 
from the slave to the t/0 bearing is different.
I don't know by how much.
1275s us a 2 11/16" rod.
