Rick,
The rad will work just fine, provided it is in good shape, (no
blockages in the tubes, etc.)
The Carbs will be the "weak link" in your new engine, but they will
work. My opinion is you will probably run out of fuel at the top end
and would be better off with a Weber 45 (DCOE).
