I am a bit confused here.
Most seatbelts use a standard anchor with a 7/16" (11mm) bolt.
The hole is 1/2"
Or do you have the old clip on belts with the eyehole bolt?
If so, remove the eye bolt and use a 7/16 fine thread bolt.
