I have used it and was not impressed. But it was a long time ago and
they could well have changed the formulation. Now I use "Safest Rust
Remover.com for relatively small pieces that can be soaked in it.. It
does a good job of REMOVING the rust, and is water-soluable, non-toxic,
non-corrosive, non-flammable, no VOC's and contains no acid, bases,
solvents or other toxic crap. ( safestrustremover.com )
For larger items from which I want to remove rust, I use the
electrolysis process, either plastic buckets or 30 gallon plastic trash
cans.
For larger items from which I don't care if the rust is actually removed
or not, I use Corroseal Metal Primer that converts the rust into a
non-rusting magnetite( http://www.corroseal.com/corroseal.html )
