Inner tie rod shims needed

Hi, I need some inner tie rod end shims....anyone know where I can find them? 
They are about 1.3" ID and 1.5" OD.
 
I can't grind down the inner cup in this case so I need to shim between the two 
halves. 
 
These units are sold as a complete assembly these days so parts are hard to 
come by.
