Problem with stripped nut

Hello,

One of the 8 allen nuts that hold the clutch place in place stripped
inside. Does anyone has any idea how to undo that crap?

Also, how do I fix the crank shaft in order to undo the HUGE front nut
that holds the water pump and alternator pulley?
