Yes... but rather than the pressed in brass restrictor, have your machine
shop tap if for the threaded allen head plugs...(before you send it off for
nitriding...)

I am thinking about having a 1275 crankshaft cross drilled. I have heard
about putting restrictors in the outlets to control oil flow. Has anyone
had experience with this?
