Here's a little trick I use to evaluate a seller based on feedback. I look
for any evidence of retaliatory feedback. A couple of negative feedbacks
don't scare me a way as fast as seeing evidence that a seller has left
retaliatory negative feedback for someone else. If a seller has ever done
that, I don't bid. Period.
