RE: Lower Door Hinge Replacement??

I did this recently. To do it properly you will need the door and the wing
removed.
It is not to tough a welding job but you have to align everything up
perfectly to get the gaps correct. I used the 8" section and 8" skin from VB
which was an Ashley Hinton part. Very well made.
