Hello Michael,
simplest, easiest is an inline resistor...
use an ohm meter to determine the resistance in the Ooogah
horn, then buy a resistor that is EQUAL to that value. make
sure it will handle the CURRENT, otherwise you will be
replacing the resistor every time you blow the horn.wire it
in SERIES with the horn. ... BOOM
instant 6 volts at the horn.
