Ign/head light switch wiring. (from memory)
BAT or "B" = battery. The brown wire.
IGN or "I" = ignition, the white wire.
"S" side/parking lights, the red wire.
Main or "H" = headlight, the blue wire or brown/blue.
Some switches used numbers or weird letters, consult the book.
Assuming + grd, the white wire goes from the key to the fuse box where
it feeds the green wires (on when key is on) AND from the key to the -
or SW side of the coil.
Check all those wires, if you have a brown wire at the fuse box going to
a white or green wire, that might do it. If the coil is wired backwards,
that might do it but I haven't heard of it.
