Sway bar location.

Hello spridgets,

      i picked up a sway bar at the ABFM swap meet, but it comes,
      quite naturally, without instructions.
      the question i have is-------

      do the mounting brackets that bolt to the "A" arms rest on the
      forward facing lip of the "A" arm?

      i'm pretty sure i have the right location laterally, but any
      hints tips or advice BEFORE i make holes would be much
      apprectiated.
