Miata seats in a Midget?

Hello,

I am in the process of restorig the inside of the car (biscuit carpet
looks nice :-)
But my seats are realy crap (rusted out, cushioned out, viniled out)!
And I have the oportunity to grab a pair of OK miata seats that match
the carpet!

I was wondering if anyone had already tried to install miata seats in a
midget and how easy/hard it was.
