Install some Simpson belts.
They'll hold you in and the
camlocks make them easy to use. They
come in "pull up" or "pull down" (to
tighten) and are available with shoulder
straps of one type or another.

These suckers are 3"s wide. Put these
on and tighten them up and you personally will become "one with the
machine"...guaranteed! :):)
