Also, be sure to get the tabs on the plastic piece into the slots under the
steering wheel. This mechanism is what turns off your turn signal after you
have made a turn. If you don't get the tabs back into the slots and they are
jammed between the column and the steering wheel, the steering will be too
tight
and the wheel won't return to center by itself after a turn. Ask me how I
know.
